Agreement and eligibility

By using SavvySnipper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when you create an account, request alerts, or contact us.

Shopping information, not a purchase guarantee

SavvySnipper provides product comparisons, price observations, explanations, and shopping recommendations for informational purposes. A Savvy Score, Dupe Score, or Buy, Wait, or Pass result does not guarantee savings, availability, product quality, future pricing, compatibility, or a particular outcome.

Verify the final transaction

Prices, shipping, stock, seller identity, condition, warranties, return policies, promotions, financing, and merchant terms can change. Users should verify the final product variant and checkout details directly with the retailer before purchasing. Taxes, future gift cards, trade-ins, credit-card rebates, and membership benefits are excluded from the standard effective-price calculation unless they are clearly identified separately.

Sample and incomplete data

The current preview contains fictional sample catalog records that demonstrate the interface. Sample data is not a live retail offer and must not be used as current purchasing evidence. Historical claims are suppressed or qualified when observed-day coverage, product identity, condition matching, or freshness is insufficient.

AI-generated assistance

Ask Savvy can generate an answer from approved catalog context, but automated output can still be incomplete or mistaken. Users should independently confirm important specifications, compatibility, safety requirements, and retailer terms. SavvySnipper does not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or individualized financial advice.

Paid links and third-party services

Some retailer actions may be paid affiliate links. Eligible purchases can generate a commission for SavvySnipper without changing the organic scoring formula. Retailers, affiliate networks, sign-in providers, and other linked services operate under their own terms and policies.

Content and intellectual property

SavvySnipper and its original content, designs, scores, software, and trademarks are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for personal, noncommercial shopping research. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where law permits it.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, automate abusive request volumes, misrepresent SavvySnipper recommendations, or use the product to violate another party’s rights. Administrative tools are restricted to authorized operators.

Service changes and suspension

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service, including a retailer integration, score, alert, or feature. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, created security risk, or used the service abusively.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” SavvySnipper disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. We are not responsible for a retailer’s product, price, shipping, cancellation, return, data practices, or transaction. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
